Theophile joined IGCP on 18th July, 2018 as Finance and Administration Officer. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Rwanda, College of Business and Economics (UR-CBE), and a diploma in Commerce and Accounting from J.O.C Kigali. Theophile has over nine years’ experience working with NGOs, including Catholic Relief Services Rwanda (CRS), DUHAMIC-ADRI and Africa Humanitarian Action where she worked as an Accountant. Theophile has additional training in financial projects, Auditing, taxes, management and in accounting software. Her new role at IGCP is supporting the program in all aspects of financial management and Administration including accounting, budgeting preparation, financial reporting, assets management, Internal control and logistics.
