    Theophilla Uwizeyimana

    Finance and Administration Officer, Rwanda

    Theophilla joined IGCP in July 2018. Theophilla is a Rwandese national and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Rwanda, College of Business and Economics (UR-CBE) and a diploma in Commerce and Accounting from J.O.C Kigali. Theophilla supports the program’s financial management and Administration, including accounting, budgeting preparation, financial reporting, assets management, Internal control and logistics. Theophilla is passionate about accounting and finance for both personal and professional enrichment.

    Wellard Makambo

    Wellard Makambo

    Programme Manager

    Wellard joined IGCP in 2007. Wellard is a Congolese national and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with a major in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa in Nairobi, Kenya. Wellard is in charge of coordinating the IGCP program across the three countries with support of the Country Coordinators. Wellard is passionate about football, music, and community development.

    Wilbur Kaiire

    Driver, Uganda

    Wilbur joined IGCP in 1996. Wilbur is a Ugandan national and the general logistician and driver for the IGCP Kabale office. Wilbur has training in Vehicle B service, defensive driving and quick books. Wilbur also has a Certificate in Effective Management from Network Limited. Wilbur is passionate about effective communication and delivery of positive results.
