IGCP seeks to hire a consultant to conduct a mid-term review of its ongoing strategy with the main purpose to assess achievements to date in order to improve programme implementation and the quality of the expected results.

The consultant should be well qualified with demonstrated experience in conducting evaluations similar to the one being commissioned and should have relevant educational background, qualification, and training in evaluation.
